Materials & Certification
Every Rinn piece is made in 18K solid gold or platinum, never plated, so it keeps its colour
and wears beautifully for a lifetime. Our diamonds are lab-grown, DEF in colour
and VS+ in clarity, and every centre stone is IGI-certified. Lab-grown diamonds
are chemically, optically, and physically identical to mined diamonds, with none
of the ethical ambiguity and none of the inflated markup. Your certification is
included with your piece.
Shipping & Delivery
Complimentary worldwide shipping on every order. As each piece is made to order,
please allow three to four weeks for yours to be crafted before it ships. You
will receive tracking as soon as it is on its way, and we will keep in touch
personally along the journey. International orders may be subject to local
customs or duties, which are set by the destination country.
Returns & Care
Because each piece is made to order for you, made-to-order and personalised
pieces are final sale. Even so, we want your piece to feel perfect. We offer
complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery, and we are happy to arrange
an exchange for store credit within 14 days on non-personalised pieces. If your
piece ever arrives damaged or not as it should be, contact us within 7 days at
hello@rinn.sg and we will make it right at no cost to you.
To care for your piece, store it away from moisture and perfume, and give it an
occasional gentle clean with a soft cloth.
Ring Sizing
Not sure of your size? For the most accurate fit, we recommend being sized by a
local jeweller, or measure a ring you already wear and compare it to a sizing
