What are lab-grown diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, chemically and physically identical to mined diamonds, grown in a controlled environment. They carry the same brilliance and durability, with a smaller environmental footprint.

What materials do you use?

All RINN pieces are crafted in solid 18k gold or platinum, set with lab-grown diamonds.

Do your pieces come with certification?

Yes, our diamonds are certified. Certification details are provided with your order.

Bespoke & custom pieces

Do you offer bespoke design?

Yes. Reach out at hello@rinn.sg to start a conversation about a custom piece.

How long does a bespoke piece take?

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are crafted by hand, so please allow up to 30 days from order confirmation to shipment.

Sizing & care

How do I find my ring size?

We recommend visiting a local jeweller for a professional sizing, or contact us at hello@rinn.sg and we'll guide you through measuring at home. Every ring also includes complimentary resizing within 30 days, so you can order with confidence.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Store pieces separately to avoid scratching, remove before swimming or exercising, and clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and household chemicals.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your returns policy?

Every piece is made to order, so made-to-order and personalised pieces are final sale. Even so, we offer complimentary resizing within 30 days and an exchange for store credit within 14 days on non-personalised pieces. See our Refund Policy for full details.
